Vacation-Renter Inc. specializes in providing individual vacation rental property owners, vacation rental property managers and hoteliers generate additional reservations for their properties. Vacation-Renter offers property owners a complete, yet turn key system to reduce the amount of unsold nights and ultimately increase profits. However, Vacation-Renter recognizes that owners have limited time and resources.

When owners and property managers have nights that they want assistance reserving, they will log into our database to “open” those dates in our system. From there, prospective guests will be able to find, compare and reserve available vacation rentals through our websites, affiliates or in house reservation agents.

Vacation-Renter provides marketing, customer service, reservation booking and payment processing for the reservations it generates for our owners. All of this is available with no up front costs or hidden fees to owners. Vacation-Renter is a pay for performance company. We believe everyone has to prove their value and earn their pay everyday. We ask owners to hold us to that high standard and we in turn hold all of our employees to that same test.
