The most important factor in business today is flexibility. Vacation-Renter ™ has built its hotel and property management platform with this in mind, allowing managers to dictate their terms to us rather than the other way around. We add our commission to your rates, making our service virtually free to use. With this in mind, please review the reservation platform description below.

I. Add Inventory to Database
Vacation-Renter, Inc. ™ can set up your account and all of your property details for you. Although we would ideally like to have all rooms and units listed, we understand that the maintenance of this inventory may be difficult. And while our inventory database does sync up with most systems on the market, we encourage managers to list only 1 room/per type in order to get comfortable with the system. More rooms can easily be added later. That way, unless you are 100% sold-out, managing the inventory is kept at a minimum.

II. Manage and Maintain Inventory Availability
Users are provided with a log-in url and password giving access to our back-end management system. Once a reservation is made independent of Vacation-Renter, Inc ™, users are required to remove the dates from the inventory database. The system will then ignore any previously booked dates when presenting results to online inquirers.

III. Access Guest Information
Users can access all guest payment information which is stored within the database. Payment methods can be via credit card, wire transfer, or check - whatever your present terms dictate.

IV. Charge Guests
Any rental and payment terms are uploaded into the system. The guest, therefore, has already acknowledged and agreed to the stated payment terms. Users can process payment according to their advertised terms.

V. Pay Vacation-Renter, Inc. ™
We collect payment from users for only the reservations that we directly produce. Invoices are sent within the first week of the month and will reflect the previous month’s check-outs. For example, if a guest has a reservation August 12th - August 14th, commissions will be due September 1st. Invoice payment is collected via Pay Pal or direct bank deposit only.
