Vacation-Renter, Inc. makes every effort in ensuring that its listings and owner advertisements are as accurate and as current as possible. Vacation-Renter, Inc. cannot be responsible for inaccurate or out-dated information as it is provided to them by the owner/property manager. Vacation-Renter, Inc. shall not be responsible for objection to the location, condition or suitability of purpose of the property, or "renter's remorse". Vacation-Renter, Inc. shall not be responsible for any fees incurred by traveler, including but not limited to; airline/airfare cancellation/fee changes, rental car reimbursements, event tickets and all other travel costs, due to owner negligence resulting in a double-booked, changed or cancelled reservation. Any additional damage, cleaning, or rental deposits required by the owner as advertised are not collected by Vacation-Renter, Inc. and therefore are not eligible for reimbursement. All such claims and subsequent disputes must be filed with the property owner/ manager directly.
